This privacy policy describes how SYNAPS6 games ("we") collects, uses and protects the information of users ("you") when using the published mobile applications.

1. Data collected

We may collect the following types of data:

• Information you provide: name and email address when creating an account.
• Data collected automatically: usage data, device type, IP address, advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID), crashes via analytics tools such as Firebase.
• Data collected by our advertising partners (see section 3) for ad delivery and personalisation.

2. Use of data

The data collected is used to:

• Provide and maintain the app service.
• Improve the user experience and fix bugs.
• Display advertisements, personalised or not depending on your consent or choices (see sections 4 and 5).

3. Data sharing and advertising partners

We do not sell your data in the usual sense of the term.

Our apps display ads through an ad mediation solution relying on the following networks, which may collect and process data (advertising identifiers, IP address, usage data) according to their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob (Google Ireland Ltd.) — privacy policy
• Unity Ads (Unity Technologies) — privacy policy
• Meta Audience Network (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — privacy policy

We may also share your data with other trusted third-party providers that help us run the app (e.g. hosting, analytics services).

4. Advertising consent (GDPR, United Kingdom, Switzerland)

If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent message is shown the first time you use the app, allowing you to accept or refuse ad personalisation by our advertising partners. You can change this choice at any time in the app settings. Without consent, non-personalised ads may still be shown to you.

5. California and other US state residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you live in California or another US state with an equivalent law, you have the right to opt out of the "sharing" or "sale" of your personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). You can exercise this right directly from the app's privacy settings, or by contacting us at the address given in section 8. You also have the right to limit the use of your sensitive personal data, and the right to non-discrimination when exercising these rights.

6. Children's privacy

Our apps are aimed at a general audience and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from underage users. If such a case were reported to us, the data would be deleted as soon as possible.

7. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by contacting us. You may also withdraw your consent to ad personalisation at any time (see sections 4 and 5), and exercise your rights directly with our advertising partners via the links provided in section 3.
